The annual Presidents’ Day Monday Grassroots Forum, Lobby Day and Crab Feed is 2/18. The Forum and Crab Feed are at St. Martin’s College in Lacey. Lobby Day is at the Legislature Building.
Topic of the Grassroots Forum for PCOs and other Democratic activists this year will be the Right Wing agenda for America’s legislatures promoted by the ALEC (American Legislative Exchange Council – http://www.alec.org/).
Workshops for PCOs and other party activists include: building a local party organization, the role municipal elections play in building our campaigns and our party, and Vote Builder training for Precinct Committee Officers.

Annual Lobby Day is concurrent with the Forum at the Legislative Building in Olympia, and additional information on the 48th plans for organized participation in Lobby Day is forthcoming.
